It would also depend on the time of day of course as I think we would get more from it if it was outside regular office hours.

I agree. I should have put for option 2 that a midweek one would be afternoon and evening eg 4pm – 9pm

I know someone who is having an evening fayre and they have it from 6pm to 10pm x
