We have finally had a sufficient gap in bookings to allow us to tackle the fire in the Main Hall. We know that the fire bricks were all broken and loose and that bit of masonry had been know to come down the chimney when it was cleaned, so we decided to read the full article

Ros and David got married at Hargate Hall in October 2010. Everybody arrived on the Friday night and were treated to freshly cooked Fish and Chips from Mr Chippy. This weekend sees our first wedding of the year. They have a marquee up for the reception meal. Given that it is January and there was a strong potential of cold weather, we ordered in 2 heaters and recommended that a lining was used (as they help provide a bit of insulation).
